Microsoft Bookings reminders for existing bookings
Hi There, I have added reminders to my services, however users have reported not receiving them. I'm fairly certain reminders aren't added to pre-existing booking appointments. Is there a way to add reminders to existing booking appointments. I have a lot of appointments scheduled (50 or so) and am dreading having to manually edit every single one of them. Group Booking - Reminder Emails
When setting up a group booking (multiple appointments for one time slot), I've included a reminder email. From the recipient's end the reminder email states: Upcoming booking for Group Booking. I find it confusing for the person booking the appointment to see "Group Booking" since they may not know what that means. Is there a way for it to display the appointment type/title rather than "Group Booking." If so, how can this be adjusted?
