ShareGate - People webpart doesn't show Author details after copy
We are trying to copy a site page from source to destination. After copying, in the destination, we don't see the Author info in the web part. It just shows the "Author" text as given: We had to manually edit the page and add the Author. We have started seeing the following behavior across our SharePoint 365 sites in the People Web Part. When you load a page which contains the web part, regardless of whether the configuration is "compact" or "descriptive", the employee's department shows for about two to three seconds, then vanishes. But sometimes, for some individuals, the department (but nothing else) remains visible (which people changes each time you refresh the page). I noticed this last week, but it may be that this has been going on longer. At our company we are as yet not filling the "Job Title". Below two screen shots of a page with both the descriptive and compact configurations. The first shows a freshly loaded page, the second the same page a few seconds later. Anyone else seeing this (or something similar)? Any suggestions as to how to stop this behavior? (either that the department stays visible, or is not at all visible).
SharePoint - People Webpart not showing Active Directory (Mobile Version not working)
When we add users into the SharePoint "People Webpart" for some reason the Active Directory does not appear listing: contact information, organization, reporting line and information gathered from Delve. Is there an algorithm in of which the information is pulled from Delve, allowing access for users to click (on the mobile version) can call? Please send help!
Office365 Profile Photos Disappearing
Hi, We have added profile photos to all users O365 Profiles in both Azure AD and the Office Admin Centre and these were not pulling through to the People webpart in SharePoint Online. After painstakingly going through each user profile in the SharePoint Admin portal, the photos seemed to appear. All seemed fine for about a week and then all of a sudden people's photos started disappearing from Delve and the SharePoint people webpart! Users confirmed that they did not manually delete the photo themselves. Why is this happening and how do we stop it happening to anymore users?! Thanks.
