Preventing backups of duplicate photos
Hi gurus, I have a onedrive account that is synced to my phone and my personal laptop. OneDrive automatically backups all photos that I've taken on my phone. Periodically, I will organise and move my photos from phone to my laptop to 'free up' phone storage - I will categorise the photos in folders in my laptop. In this case, do you know if onedrive will backup these same photos again - meaning I will backup the same photo twice - phone version + laptop version? How can I get Onedrive to backup the laptop photos, but to detect that it is a duplicate of the phone photos, and keep only the laptop photos? Thanks!OneDrive Consumer on Company Machines
Hello, Now that Microsoft will start prompting OneDrive for Business users to ask if they want to synch their personal (consumer) OneDrive files to their business machines....I'm wondering if there is any way from an admin ctr/reporting perspective that we can see who has already synched their personal (consumer) OneDrive? Even though MS hasn't pushed the update that will prompt users to sync their consumer OneDrive files, the ability to do so has been available by default. Thanks for any info you might have!
