User unable to acquire a Viva Goals trial license
I have a colleague who is looking to start using Viva Goals. I am in the process of buying him a new Viva Suite license. In the interim, he is trying to start his free 60-day trial of the service, but is getting an error message that the system will not assign him a trial license. The error message just reads "We couldn't acquire a trial license. Please try again in a little while." Please see attached screenshot. Can anybody help resolve this issue?
