Resolving Discount Conflicts: Applying a Voucher for the GitHub Exam
Hello everyone, I recently acquired a 100% voucher for the GitHub exam. However, when attempting to schedule it on the Pearson VUE portal and apply the coupon, a message indicates that it’s not possible to apply this coupon because an MCT discount is already applied. Could anyone help me or direct me to someone who can assist? I don’t want to lose my MCT discount, but I need to apply this 100% discount coupon. How can I resolve this? Thank you, Luiz Andrade

Over the past few days, my responses to discussions have not been saving properly. After submitting a reply, the portal shows it as submitted, but when I refresh the page, the response disappears. Initially, I didn’t notice the issue, but today I checked one of my replies from last week and found it missing. I tried resubmitting it, but the same thing happened again. Additionally, I’ve noticed that normally, when a reply is posted, it appears in the notifications—but in this case, the replies are not showing up there either. Could you please check if this issue is specific to my account, or if others are experiencing the same problem? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any help would be appreciated.Anyone else feel like Teams is turning into Slack but slower?
Been using Teams at work and lately it feels like they’re adding a ton of features that kinda look like Slack (channels, reactions, integrations etc). But somehow it all feels heavier and slower to use. Curious if others feel the same or if it’s just me being impatient.Updates to community platform
There were no release notes/updates posts for 6+ months. Performance of this site is just getting worse. I wonder if there is anyone still working on this. It is a lottery whether this site will load or error our on you with Internal Server error. Even when it loads it takes 15 seconds or so sitting on blank page before it even starts to load (both desktop and mobile). But not always. It is like your first connection after a while goes through some process and then it is a bit snappier. Quality of life changes would also be nice like adding back comment content to email notifications. Because site notifications are bad, often reset and show everything as new. Also, clicking on notification should take you to comment, not to top of the article and having you to scroll all the way down (such a pain on mobile).This 'new' MTC platform has serious problems
We have had this 'new' platform for a while now and it still has serious usability issues: a) the auto-logout is infuriating. I can be active on the site and in the middle of reply and get logged out. what the heck. b) auto-logout part 2. when I get logged out initially my user name and icon will stay in upper right corner but the alert buttong shows new message but in reality it is that I was logged out c) login is buggy. sometimes when I login I get dumped into the main section and not even logged in so I repeat the exact same log in process again to get logged in and then have to re-navigate back to the forum/group I was in. d) the auto-moderator is a problem. for no apparent reason posts will be 'held' in limbo for days. there is no indicator to the user that their post is pending it just looks like it disappeared. e) it is extremely hard to navigate posts with many replies. On some threads there are numerous "see more" and literally spend minutes trying to find the most recent post in the thread (I literally have to first search for "show more" and click each and then search for "min" or "hour" to find recent post(s) there are sooo many more issues but at least this a start of my top 5 will there be any updates to this forum?
