Windows 11: Bug
I believe this might be a bug. Following are the details. Environment details: Edition Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 Installed on 9/18/2021 OS build 22000.675 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.675.0 Recreate steps: 1- Right click on desktop 2- Scroll down more than the menu 3- Screen freezes, turns black (Mimics the refresh option from the menu).
