Hello, Our team uses a list to track when we receive certain files. We have a choice column titled Status with 'No Status', 'Received', and 'Complete' options and a Due Date column where we enter the date when that item is due, once received. Instead of manually going into the list and resetting the values, is there a formula/flow I can use to reset items marked 'Complete' to 'No Status' as well as resetting the due date for that row to an empty cell? I don't want to clear/reset the entire columns since certain rows have different due dates and statuses. If one row is marked 'Complete' and the 'Due Date' is today (relative), I would like for those rows to reset back to 'No Status' and due date cell as empty. I appreciate your help in advance!578Views0likes0CommentsNeed to send a Quarterly request and a weekly reminder until all request are complete.
Need to send a Quarterly request and a weekly reminder until all requests are complete. I can make the power automate to send out the email Quarterly Request ever 3 months. And I have figured out how to make the reminder sent out ever 7-days but I need the remind to start 5 days after the Quarterly request goes out and stop when all are complete and start again 5 days after the next quarterly request goes out. Any ideas?727Views0likes1CommentSend email two months in advance for people who signed up for something on Sharepoint list
Hey there, I've created a Sharepoint list for conferences in my company's field where individuals can go into the list and "sign themselves up" for a conference in a particular column of that conference's row in the list. I'd like to automatically send them an email in advance of the conference to remind them they signed up - is this possible? The date of the conference is also in the conference's row of the list. I believe Power Automate probably has some way to do this but can't figure it out quite yet. TLDR: Trying to send an email to people who signed up for a conference ahead of the conference's start date - the data for those who signed up and the start date of the conference are in the same row in a list.1.9KViews0likes7Comments
