I have a SharePoint List Lookup Column, however when I go to make a flow to export/share the data from the SharePoint list, the lookup column values do not appear. Does anyone know a way to use flow to export data from a SharePoint list lookup column to somewhere like excel or another SharePoint? Hello, please feel free to direct me to the right post if this has already been discussed. I'm trying to create a flow for our SharePoint site that automatically removes an item from the current list to a different list when a status is changed. I work in healthcare, so for example, I would like a consult that is labelled "active" to move to a different SharePoint list when the status is changed to "scheduled." I setup an automated flow including the site list, but when I went to build the condition, I wasn't sure how to select the value. Do I use Dynamic content or an expression? My task is to iterate through calendar events of employees taking leave every month and then email the Account Management team the employee's name, start date, end date of leaves and the number of days taken for leave as email's body, supposing that employee's name, start date, end date of leaves is available as event in calendar in an HTML format? I created a Sharepoint page that has an Excel doc with a Form in the document which looks like a survey for over 50 people in our company to fill out requests. The Form is embedded in the Sharepoint home page. Using a modified "Notify the Team" Flow, once the request is submitted through the survey that triggers an email to the person who submitted so that they have a record, and that data then populates the Excel doc within the Sharepoint page. Everything has been going smoothly for the past 2 months, until last week when data that is submitted no longer populates the Excel doc. However, the flow history shows that the flow successfully ran. It's as if the data is getting "stuck" in limbo. When I submit a dummy request afterwards, that "pushes" the stuck data into populating the Sharepoint doc. Is there a way to fix this? Is a connection broken? Is this the appropriate place to ask?
