Hi ALL, I am using the Copilot for Finance in Outlook and connecting it to D365 FinOps environment. When I have a new contact from email and would like to add to D365 FinOps, the below screenshot only displays the list of the existing customers in 1 legal entity. I would like to ask if: 1. I can select customer from other entities and where is the setup? 2. I would like to add a new contact from email to D365 FinOps as a Employee, Vendor (not customer) I am looking forward to seeing your advise. Many thanks Kylie590Views0likes3CommentsMicrosoft Copilot for Finance in Excel - Performance

As of today, March29, 2025 Co Pilot for Finance reconciliation isn't working and only gives the error: An error occurred while reconciling the data This is regardless of how simple the comparison is. It was working fine a month ago. I wonder how long it will take to release and actual working product.
