Hello, I have run into a problem of not having a full access to meeting options. I would like to schedule meetings for other people in the office where I do not necessarily have to attend. I would also like to assign other people as co-hosts so that they are able to admit people and have more control of the meeting. There should be settings of being able to let people come in without waiting in the waiting room as well, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Here is the attached screenshot: These are the only two options I get when clicking "Meeting Options". Additionally, whenever I set up a meeting, some people are not able to respond to it because they get an error of undeliverable response: "delivery has failed to these recipients or groups". What is the issue here? Does it have to do with how Outlook is set up? How can I change these limitations and errors? Thank you so much!136Views1like1CommentNo scheduled meetings after joining an already existing group
I was recently added to an already existing group as a member. Should I see all the upcoming meetings that had been scheduled before I have joined? If not what the owner should do so I could see the meetings in my calendar? As a member can I see all other members of that group?Solved1.4KViews0likes2CommentsWeird meeting notifications from email
Hello, Can anyone provide some insight into how scheduling a meeting on Teams results in email notifications. We have this situation: office365 subscriptions but users are using our existing email system (setup on Google), all using their primary email address (eg:mailto:firstname.lastname@outdomain.com). When I schedule a meeting in Teams and invite an external email (gmail or otherwise, not not on ourdomain.com), they receive an email. When I schedule a meeting in Teams and invite anyone by their account (or schedule a meeting for a channel, etc), they DON'T receive an email. However, the kicker is that if they look into their Outlook, there is an 'email' that appears delivered to their primary email (mailto:firstname.lastname@outdomain.com) but it doesn't seem like it was actually delivered through normal email routing (seems sent by Microsoft SMTP through outlook and just deposited in outlook). Our MX records are pointing to Google as per Gmail setup for our domain, but somehow TEams notifications seem to bypass that.1.1KViews0likes0Comments
