Edits to MS Bookings Appt
We've noticed just in the last few days when making an edit to an appointment in MS Bookings that the subject is changed to No Subject and the link for the Teams call no longer works for the colleague it's scheduled with. Any changes that may impact the tool for making edits to scheduled appts?MS Bookings ignoring existing appointments / calendar availability
I've been trying to resolve this issue for one of our Student Support departments all day and can't seem to find a solution. At first, their booking calendar was ignoring the existing calendar appointments of all staff members except one. So, we took the following trouble-shooting steps: Unchecked the 'Always show time slots in business time zone' box on in the 'Bookings Page' options, as I understand it's buggy. Had each member of staff select 'Can view when I'm busy' from their sharing permissions for 'People in my organisation'. Ensured all staff members have the same settings in MS Bookings, including the 'Events of Office calendar affect availability.' Following this, when inspecting the staff overview in MS Bookings, I was able to see all appointments as 'busy' in the MS Bookings Calendar area, however two staff remain bookable from the booking page when they have existing calendar entries in place. There is no discernable reason for this. Is there something we're missing? We have to open appointments for learners for the next Academic session, but two members of staff would have their annual leave and lunch breaks and any other appointments within the college ignored.
Managing a Teams meeting created in MS Bookings
Having some trouble managing online meetings created by Bookings. One main issue is that it is very difficult determining who the organizer of those meetings actually is. Even the people who are added as staff to the event don't have access to the meeting controls, such as creating breakout rooms etc. Our IT dept has assigned a user mailbox to the Bookings account, which helped somewhat, but it is still not ideal, as I have to sign into this account on our desktop Teams app for every meeting I want to have control over. It still doesn't allow the possibility of assigning co-organizers, so I have to attend all the meetings that I schedule on behalf of others, in case they need help creating breakout rooms, recording the meetings, etc. This is obviously cumbersome, as it would be best to give organizer permissions for someone who is actually running the meeting. Has anyone found a way to make Teams meetings created by Bookings work well?MS Booking changing the language of the reservation page
Hello, I need to publish my reservation page in different languages. Some of my customers are german, others are french. I can define the main language of my page in french or in german. I need a reservation page that can be displayed in french or in german (the user should be able to choose it's language). How can I set this? Thanks for your help. Regards, Marc
