Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I am new to Microsoft Teams and I am currently trying to configure Teams VoIP for my organization. Our goal is to integrate it with Dynamics CRM for insights. However, we are facing some confusion regarding Teams licensing, and we are not sure which one to go with. As a newbie to MS Teams, I would really appreciate it if any expert in this community could explain the Teams licensing in a short/brief manner. Specifically, I would like to know which license is suitable for Teams VoIP and Dynamics CRM integration. Your expert opinion would be highly valuable to me and my team. In continuation to my post on wherein we called out how we can leverage the Microsoft Calling for Skype for Business Online/ Microsoft Teams. Microsoft has made a Big Announcement expanding the Coverage of the Microsoft Calling Plan in additional 6 Countries namely starting 1st October. Austria Denmark Italy Portugal Sweden Switzerland With new 6 countries expansion in the Calling Plans Microsoft will be able to offer Microsoft Calling Plans in Total of 16 Countries. Microsoft is already providing the Calling Plan in the following 10 Countries & 2 Countries via Partners Belgium Canada France Germany Ireland Netherlands Puerto Rico Spain United Kingdom and United States Australia via Partners Japan via Partners Generally, the Features, Plans and other specification of the Microsoft Calling Plans remains the same.
