Hy, I have a kind of problem, our HP devices are shipped with a Windows 11 Pro OEM. We have Enterprise Mobility + Security E5 licenses which should support the upgrade process from W11 Pro to the Enterprise version, but this is not happening. Requirements: Ensure that your device is running a supported version of Windows Pro and that the user is assigned an appropriate EMS license (e.g., E3 or E5). The device must also be joined to Azure AD or hybrid Azure AD joined. The requirements are fulfilled, but still no activation after deployment using APv2. Does anyone have any ideas?Solved139Views0likes8CommentsChange from Pro to Pro N?
I have a problem, after moving to the AAD, we have a few Windows devices that were upgraded to Windows 11 Pro in advance for enrollment via autopilot, this was done at that time with the generic Pro key "3V66T", as there were no license keys yet (accounting problem etc.) Now we have bought Windows 11 Pro N licenses for the remaining devices, as we are a non-profit company...now of course these cannot be installed because the Windows edition does not match. Is there any way to change the Windows edition from Pro to Pro N without a reinstallation or in-place upgrade? According to our dealer, we can no longer return or convert the keys kind regards646Views0likes0Commentshow will it affect current device if change license
