Hi all, I would like to know in this new business central deployment offer: Does the partner need to get all the licenses subscribed by customer in the very first go or the ACR is calculated based on the subscription in 1st year? In other terms the incentives for ACR is eligible when all the licenses are subscripted at first place or is it the sum total in 1st Year?Which partner role to use making a business apps claim in Partner Center?
We have a government customer with an enterprise agreement. We've worked with them for a couple of years as their systems integrator deploying Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps and Power Pages. We're trying to make a customer claim in Partner Center. On the Incentives | Customer claims screen, I'm confused about the partner roles: Build intent - Advisor Partner activities Usage recognition - Non-Incentivized Influenced Revenue recognition - Non-Incentivized The guidance page on Learn doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone explain it like I'm an 8th grader new to Microsoft partnership? All we want is revenue recognition, usage recognition, partner points, solution designtions, incentives, awards, margin, rebates, and a healthy and happy life. How can I figure out which role to choose to achieve these goals?Pre-Sales Funded Engagement - Business Apps - CRM Vision & Value - Eligibilty
Hi community we are studying the delivery guide for funded engagement CRM Vision & Value. We have some customer eligibility related questions, so I appreciate some clarification from Microsoft. Thanks! Ralf The provided TCO calculator and the Delivery Guide gives the impression that funding is ONLY available if our prospect migrates from Salesforce to D365 CRM. What if our prospect is ..... 1. ... using Excel sheets to manage support tickets - not eligible for funding? 2. ... using Monday.com, or hubspot to manage sales - not eligible for funding? 3. ... using a self-made application to manage campaigns - not eligible for funding?433Views0likes2CommentsReady for FY25? Summary Partner engagement with Business Applications Partner Activities was at an all-time high in FY24, with a record number of workshops delivered to customers to ensure successful partner-led implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Looking ahead to FY25, we’ll be building on this momentum with improvements to the partner and customer experience. Based on partner feedback, we are making the following changes: Extending access to partner engagements to the full fiscal year Aligning the engagement portfolio with solution plays Providing more consistent access to activities across markets FY25 updates Extension of partner engagements to full fiscal year FY24 engagements will close on June 30, and FY25 engagement nominations will open on July 1. This change eliminates any pre-commit period, providing uninterrupted access to claiming and executing workshops from the first day of the fiscal year to the last day of the fiscal year. Solution play-aligned engagements Starting July 1st, we will be transitioning our portfolio of funded engagements to align to our solution plays. New engagements to watch for July 1, include: Low Code Vision & Value: Build customer intent to innovate with AI in low-code environments. Provide guidance on how to develop a transformation vision, prioritize scenarios, define value, and accelerate adoption. ERP Vision & Value: Drive customer intent to modernize their on-premises ERP systems with Dynamics 365. Develop a well-crafted vision of the customer’s future state with clear business outcomes and success metrics. Customer Engagement Vision & Value: Build customer confidence by showcasing the vision and strategy for an AI-powered transformation through CRM migration to Dynamics 365. Low Code Solution Accelerator: Accelerate post-sales adoption of low-code solutions and ensure customer value realization. Develop stakeholder buy-in through prioritized scenarios and demonstrated solution value. *To view all available engagements in FY25, refer to the updated MCI Program Guide launching July 1. More consistent access across markets In FY25 we want to ensure customers in all geographies have access to the benefits offered by partner-led workshops. To achieve this, we’ll be implementing caps on the number of workshops eligible for credit per partner in any single country. These caps will be announced on July 1. Immediate FY24 updates To help facilitate the transition to the new FY25 activity portfolio, we are making some changes to FY24 engagements. Effective immediately, the following engagements are being retired: Solution Assessment Dynamics 365 Sales – Needs Assessment Dynamics 365 Success Planning Dynamics 365 Success by Design Performance Check Dynamics 365 Value Realization Power Platform Center of Excellence Power Platform Pro Dev Success Enablement Partners will no longer be able to submit new claims for the above workshops. However, these changes do not impact active claims. Partners can complete delivery of any workshops that have already been approved in accordance with the program rules. TheDynamics 365 Solution Optimization engagement has reached its budget limit for FY24 and is closed immediately for new claims until July 1. We have capped the number of Envisioning and Business Value Assessment workshops that a partner is allowed to complete in any single country. These caps, outlined below, are effective immediately. Looking to see if anyone has any information on UPP Gateway & Partner Center payments. We are having a situation with a partner being offboarded in partner center after the UPP payment file was uploaded. We either need to get them removed from the UPP file upload or figure out how to get them enrolled again.I'm unable to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/
Hi, I'm unable to login tohttps://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/. Nothing happens when I try to press the login button on the upper right corner. Result has been the same with three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & Edge) and with two different PCs. Our IT says that I have the same rights than my predecessor who used to handle MS incentive cases. I am unable to for example download Proof of Execution documentation f.e:https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/download/protected?assetname=protectedassets%2FPartner%20Activities%20-%20Business%20Value%20Assessment%20-%20POE%20Template.pptx&protected=1 Nothing happens when I open that link. Dear Community We have been using a D365 Finance instance since 2019 as IUR. As from my understanding, from the old silver/gold ERP competency. Since we bought the legacy benefits this summer, I assumed we‘ll get the D365 instance extended as well. But know I have to learn, that this is not included in the legacy benefits and our subscription will run out in one month. We‘d have to buy the subscriptions - really funny, we can not even use the software internally that we are selling/implementing at our customers? I know, we could get the Business Applications Designation - but for a partner with 20 employees, there is no chance to reach this (maybe for one year, but not a couple of years consecutively). Any ideas on this one? cheers Daniel
