Specify multiple attendees per booking to count toward max attendees
I would like a way for attendees of a particular service instance to specify how many people are are in their party being booked for that service, so that will automatically be accounted for in the maximum number of attendees. E.g., if I provide a service with max 10 attendees, when making a booking, a customer can specify 3 people in their party, so now the bookings website knows there is room for 7 more people. Hi, I work for a global organisation and manage MS bookings appointments. We have come across a bug where if one person cancels on a group booking, every single user on the booking gets an email saying their booking has been cancelled. From the bookings website, we can see that everyone else's appointment is still in the system. This obviously causes a lot of confusion for people and has happened numerous times in the last few months. Is there a fix for this? If not, we will have to move away to another solution.
Group Booking - Reminder Emails
When setting up a group booking (multiple appointments for one time slot), I've included a reminder email. From the recipient's end the reminder email states: Upcoming booking for Group Booking. I find it confusing for the person booking the appointment to see "Group Booking" since they may not know what that means. Is there a way for it to display the appointment type/title rather than "Group Booking." If so, how can this be adjusted?
Group Booking Confirmation Email - Link in booking.ics attachment - Bad Request
Hi, I have a Group Booking for 6 people. When someone books, they get a confirmation email with the "Manage Booking" button and the booking.ics attachment. The "Manage Booking" button works. The link in the booking.ics attachment to manage the booking results in a Bad Request Both of the URLs are different, but should do the same thing. If the booking is cancelled, the link in the booking.ics attachment then works. When setting up a service in Microsoft Booking through the website I am able to make a Group Booking event with a certain number of seats. Customers joining this service works as expected untill the service is opened / saved in the Microsoft Bookings iOS app (probably Android too). The service is then reverted back to a service with maximum of 1 attendance per assigned employee. Only workaround I found was to recreate the service and stay away from it from the mobile app and instruct all other employees with rights to do the same.
