1 TopicIs there any way to see who is active in a call queue?
Hi, We are piloting a call queue for one of our customer facing teams. I have a requirement from the team lead to be able to identify who is active/inactive in the queue. Is there a dashboard or API I could use to surface that information? I couldn't find anything similar in Graph API. *** Bonus points if the team lead can override if a call queue member is active or not, which would be handy for an unforeseen absence due to sickness.
