Hi All, I am making an analysis tool that uses two Excel file sources via Power Query. The tool work well, but as soon as the file and source files are moved to another location it stops working as the Queries sources from aboslute paths. Can I modify my Sourcing so that as long as the Analysis tool file and the source files are in the same folder the Query will find and use the correct files? So that the Query sources from a path relative to the Analysis Tool file. Thanks! MagnusSolved258KViews6likes27CommentsUnable to use Power Query to Connect to a Sharepoint List
I'm trying to import a SharePoint list in via PowerQuery. When I try to use the root folder (and any variation there of) with my windows credentials I get an error: 400, Bad Request. I've tried using my Organizational account (like when you login the first time and use your email) it says "we are unable to connect because this creditial type isn't supported for this resource. Please choose another credential type." I'm at a loss as to what to do next... I have a file that contains a data connection that has been working for months. It recently stopped working after the 1907 update applied. Is anyone else experiencing an issue? How might I go about determining what part of the native query is causing the issue? I have also converted the query to a stored procedure and it doesn't work either. Is there a way to get more detailed error information?4.9KViews1like8Comments
