Hi, I'm wanting to add a simple Site Link to the myapplications.microsoft.com landing site for External Users. When an external user accepts an invitation the process ends with them reachinghttps://myapplications.microsoft.com/which is just a mostly blank page. Is there a way to pre-populate the page with link to the Site that the external user has access to? Or I'd even settle for changing the landing page the external user ends on. Is that possible and how?7.3KViews0likes7CommentsAccès sharepoint externe
D'avance merci.662Views0likes1CommentSharepoint Online External Group
Hi, We currently have a Sharepoint 2013 foundation server that we run our small intranet on. We are a small group of companies (3) and each company has their own AD and Tenet on Azure AD. There are about 200 users in total. I have been trialling the Sharepoint Migration tool to migrate over the current intranet which seems a bit buggy but I think it will be enough with a bit of work to do a like for like. It seems pretty straight forward to add in my current users in the org that the Sharepoint site is hosted in. however, I also need to add in all of the other users from the 2 external organisations so they can see the site. Is there a simpler way to do this other than have to add in 130 users manually? Ideally, I was hoping to be able to just apply a group that was created in each external org to the sharepoint site but that doesnt seem possible. Previously (or currently, I should say) as we have forest trusts in place on premises, its pretty easy to do this but now we are moving to the cloud it doesnt seem like it is possible? thanks, Paul676Views0likes0CommentsSharePoint external sharing doesn't work for new users
Hello, I'm currently facing a problem with external sharing. It works for existing guests but not for new guests anymore. It used to work until last week from what I know. Whatever settings in the sharing policies, I always have this message: Here are my current sharing settings. We set it to "anyone with the link" with the Microsoft Support but still not working: I tried everything. It looks like there is something down because it used to work and we made no change. I think it will require some PowerShell since we can't rely on the interface... Thank you.1.6KViews0likes3CommentsHow can we know which email address the external user used to register inside the office 365
From time to time we received many emails from external users that they received the following error when they try to sign-in to our sharepoint sites:- but when i check their usernames i can see that they are already registered as guest accounts + they are added inside some sharepoint groups (which we shared with them). based on my reading, that this problem can happen if the external user register with an account different from the account we shared the sites with. for example i might share a site with new external user using his ***@gmail.com but when the user receive the invitation email, he might used his **@hotmail.com account. now for us to be able to identify if this is the case, then how we can know which account the user used to register inside our tenant. For example when i access Office 365 admin >> Users >> Guests >> i will get the external user account as follow "externalemail_gmail.com#EXT#@ourtenant.com",, so can we be sure that the user used his gmail account to access our tenant? or the above email externalemail_gmail.com refer to the email which the invitation was sent to (regardless if this email was used to register)?24KViews0likes10Comments
