Enterprise Voice

Dear all Since Update to Teams 1.6.00.18681, starting a call from Outlook contact card to a phone number is no longer working. Presence is visible, which indicates Teams Presence Plugin, which is handling these requests, is in general working. Making calls to a SIP address of a contact (IM address) is still working, only calls to phone numbers are broken. After clicking to link with phone number under "Work phone" nothing happens. This worked before. User is fully enabled for Teams Telephony. Does someone else mentioned this issue and found a solution to make it work again? Hello, I just need to verify the below design. We have S4B 2015 and will integrate it with Cisco call manager and have M365 E3. https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/enterprise/interoperability-portal/skyp-for-business.pdf Our goal is to migrate some users to MS Teams with enterprise voice to be able to communicate with on-premises users through the assign line URI. Based on my understanding there are two ways to do this either using direct routing for MSteams clientor using Hybrid voice forS4B Online client. So, I have some questions to make things clear Whats the best solution for this scenario? Do we need to implement SBC in all hybrid scenarios? Do we need a special M365 license for Phone System (Cloud PBX) to be able to enable enterprise voice for the migrated users? after checking this article. Microsoft dose not mention if migrating users to MS Teams is double they mentioned only migrating users to S4B online. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/skype-for-business-hybrid-solutions/plan-your-phone-system-cloud-pbx-solution/enable-users-for-phone-systemSolved7.7KViews0likes5CommentsBusy signal on outbound call to PSTN
We have a user configured to the point where they now have a dialpad in their Teams client. We have an auto-attendant created and when we dial into that number, we can transfer the call to the user's Teams client successfully. However, when we try to make a call out to the PSTN we just get a "Unavailable The person you're trying to reach isn't available. Try again later." The user has a Microsoft calling plan assigned and we are not using direct routing. We can't see anything that could be the issue since everything seems to be in order. Here are some parameters from the user: Phone number type: Online OnPremEnterpriseVoiceEnabled: False HostedVoiceMail: True EnterpriseVoiceEnabled: True TeamsVoiceRoute: False OnPremLineURIManuallySet: True VoicePolicy: BusinessVoice TeamsUpgradeEffectiveMode: TeamsOnly DialPlan: US LocationPolicy: US HostedVoicemailPolicy: BusinessVoice3.1KViews1like2CommentsCommunication Credit Allocation
Hello All, We have a pool of users set up with Domestic and International Call Plans. However there are certain numbers they cannot dial, for example a National Rate non-geographical number isn't supported within the Call Plan. So for these 'special' numbers we need to provide 'Communication Credits'. The trouble is I think 'Communication Credits' can only be allocated at a Tenant Level. Ideally we'd want to bill our individual legal entities with what they have consumed. I'm not aware of any way to do this. I'm not even sure if the 'PSTN Usage' report can be run on a schedule (e.g. via Graph / Powershell), to provide reporting for this. Ideally I'd like to be able to cap the'Communication Credits' spent per user, or maybe a group. And be able to report on spend by individual or group. Does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks LaurenceSolved2.7KViews1like2Comments
