Does anyone know if it's possible to add custom fields requested from the customer to be included in the confirmation email that goes to the customer and to us? We need to collect a very specific piece of information and having to open each booking to see that information every time rather than just getting it from the email we receive is becoming unmanageable. I have a list in sharepoint online with a status column, the status should change to "expired" if after 45 minutes of being "created" it has not changed status to "approved". Is there a way to change the state using custom fields? I appreciate your kind help.Solved2.4KViews0likes2Comments
