3 TopicsMulti Partner and how to distinguish assigned licenses
Hello, Unfortunately, searched the forum but couldn't find any similar question. I have an O365 tenant and purchased some licenses from an Official MS reseller. I wanted to buy some other licenses from a different reseller. I read the procedure and know how to proceed. My question is once I have available the licenses from the second reseller how will I know which license belongs to whom reseller. E.g. Let's say I have 5 E3 licenses from vendor A and 10 E3 licenses from vendor B. I am creating a new user and want to assign him an E3 license. Can I somehow choose the pool of licenses provided by Vendor B? Thank you in advance! BR, DimitrisSolved4.9KViews0likes2CommentsCSP Reseller relationship to administer partner tenants
Hi, i would like to use the option to administer some of our customer tenants with my own corporate identity. To achive this i already created invitations in the Microsft partner portal which were accepted. So at this moment i'm already enabled to dive directly into the partner tenants, because my user account is inside the "AdminAgents" group. Now it comes to the following two problems: What i've experienced (and don't like) is the fact, that at this point every administrator in my company who is in the AdminAgent or HelpdeskAgent group can administer every partner customer. How can i grant rights to e.g. Admin1 and Admin2 to administer the partner tenant A, B and C; and Admin3 and Admin4 to administer Clients X and Y? Is there a possibility for the customer (tenant) to have a look who (in person) can administer his tenant? At this moment the customer only knows that "SampleTenant123" is his partner. Thank you in advance! 🙂1.3KViews0likes1CommentPayAsYouGo to CSP Model Migration
Hi, We are planning to migrate from a "pay as you go" to a CSP subscription model (for our Azure Tenant/Subscription). We currently have Sentinel and AIP sharing the same log analytics workspace. AIP is configured in both on-prem and Azure Cloud. Sentinel is connected to about 8 different source systems. During the migration, will we have to recreate the Sentinel and AIP log analytics workspaces as separate workspaces? Or can we simply migrate the single workspace across? What about all the AIP protected & encrypted data - will that be impacted in any way during this migration? Will people be able to access everything seamlessly after the migration? Thank you, SK3.3KViews0likes1Comment
