Error in Excel : All the charts are removed
When i open any excel file that contains charts, I am getting an error that there is problem found in the file and if i want to restore the file. If i say yes, it removes all my charts in the excel file. I could not add any new chart to the excel (also in complete new excel sheet). I tried repairing it and I tried reinstalling it. that does not solve the problem. I did not had this issue before. I have attached pictures regarding this Issue? How can i solve it? I am using Excel 2016 Thanks in advance.
Donut/Doughnut Chart - Multiple Series
I have created a doughnut chart with multiple series (represented by multiple rings - see charts below). Each ring is divided into 6, the colour of which corresponds to one of three options (yes, maybe and no). I therefore want the colour of the chart to represent this clearly (green, yellow and red), making each ring comparable - i.e. so that the entire chart is made up of only three colours. When I format the legend entry to edit the colours, it only applies the changes to the inner ring/the first series. I am able to manually edit the colour of every other ring segment, however with a lot more data to add this will take a very long time and mean that I am no able to easily edit it should I wish to change the colour again. I imagine there is a way to do this in one simple step, however am unable to find it. Does this make sense? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a large set of data that has daily data that I update weekly. I need to create a graph that automatically updates to show a line graph with the three most recent weeks trended as separate series. Example if it were week 44 I would need to it show week 42,43,44. Then week 45 I would need to show week 43,44,45 and so on. Please Help!
Excel 16.11 chart dimensions are not maintained on a copy and paste (PPT or Google Slides)
The latest upgrade of Excel for Mac (16.11) is not saving chart dimensions when I export to Google Slides, or PPT. The chart is much bigger in the destination application. When I make a chart in Excel and specify the dimensions of the chart in excel, the chart dimensions are not recognized when copy and pasting the chart to Google Slides or PPT. The destination version of the chart is much bigger. Chart sizes were maintained in 15.13. Any advice? Thanks
