Teams channel meetings belong to a channel, but who receives the invitations for these meetings? The answer is “it depends” – on group settings and options. The underlying Microsoft 365 group might have a subscriber list of users who want to receive email for new events like meetings or the user might choose to send invitations to everyone. Copilot meeting recap/summary not working with channel meeting
The meeting recap function from copilot seems not to work with channel meetings. We arrange meetings through teams channels, but meetings from channels to not have the meeting recap function as in regular meetings. After the meeting is over, we are not able to use the copilot for these transkripts and meetings. How can we solve this issue? Is this on purpose from MS?
