I am facing an issue in Power BI Service where I am unable to view users when accessing the "Manage users" options for data sources and gateway server. Instead of displaying the users, the popup shows a perpetual loading icon with no data being loaded. I have tried troubleshooting by checking the Power BI Service status, verifying my permissions, ensuring the gateway is properly configured, and clearing my browser's cache and cookies. However, the problem persists across different browsers. Could anyone provide insights into the possible cause of this issue and suggest potential solutions? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance!469Views0likes0Comments
