Bookings Customer Notes
7 TopicsWhere to view the customer details optional notes?
In the booking page there is an area for the customer to enter their details, with a text are for some optional notes, "Please let us know if you have any special requests.". Where can staff see these notes? I've tested it and I cannot see the notes in the Calendar, nor in the e-mail sent to the staff member. I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message... Hello - I see the ability to export a rolling set of Bookings data (date and time info for the event, customer name, customer email, customer phone number, customer address, staff assigned, service selected, location, and appointment duration.) Is there a way to add more information to the reporting from the "Custom Fields" section of each service. Such as notes or custom questions added or answered by the customer during the booking process? I'm using MS Bookings as a way for students to book appointments for use of a digital photography studio and darkroom. I have each space that a student may want to use as a "staff" member and each piece of equipment (printer, scanner, etc) as a service. For each staff member, I've added custom hours to reflect lab availability and times when classes require use of a space. Unfortunately, when I edit staff hours, the edits show up 24 hours prior to their intended date. Example: Here's the hours for one of our "staff" members aka a space with a large-format printer. Note that Wednesdays should start to have availability after 11am. Here is the calendar availability for that "staff" member on a Wednesday: he "staff" member is still available on a Wednesday, despite setting custom hours for that day. If I move back one day in calendar view to a Tuesday, the Wednesday hours show up correctly: I've tried different browsers and computers, clearing cache, etc. with no luck. I have confirmed that our account is set for the correct timezone. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a known workaround?521Views0likes0CommentsMissing Asterisk in Microsoft Bookings
