Why have all Microsoft download links for wushowhide.diagcab been broken for many months?

and yes, this link still works as I've just tested it in a recent Firefox browser version and the file is signed by SHA-2 (SHA-256) certificates by MS

@erpmanila3w Thanks for the link. Couldn't install KB5034122 and then I ran the tool with the intention of hiding the update. However it fixed the update and I was able to install it afterwards.
