Microsoft Edge for Business - Deployment issues

Hi Im wondering if any else has seen this, we are in the process of deploying MS Edge for Business as Microsoft are not issuing Security updates from Mar 21.

We have imported the same GPO policies that have been applied to IE.  The browser works but for someone reason and for some users when they try and access URL paths to our internal systems and MS Office 365 we get the standard error message HMM...can't reach this page.

When trying to access these sites from Chrome/IE they work.  This suggests the proxy is working and the issue must be Edge for Business
