Installing the out-of-band security update for Arm-based Windows devices only
Yesterday, June 20th, 2022, we released an Out-of-band (OOB) security update for only Arm-based Windows devices. The update addresses a known issue that only affects Windows Arm-based devices and might prevent you from signing in using Azure Active Directory (AAD). Apps and services that use AAD to sign in, such as VPN connections, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook, might also be affected.
Note: This issue only affects Windows devices that use Arm processors. No other platforms received this Out-of-band update.
This OOB update is cumulative. We recommend that you install this OOB update instead of the June 14, 2022 security update for the affected devices.
You can find all the updates for this OOB on https://support.microsoft.com/windows/update-windows-3c5ae7fc-9fb6-9af1-1984-b5e0412c556a, https://docs.microsoft.com/windows/deployment/update/waas-manage-updates-wufb, https://docs.microsoft.com/windows-server/administration/windows-server-update-services/get-started/windows-server-update-services-wsus, and https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/.
