Installing cumulative updates gives error 0x800F0841

Hello,

 

We have some Windows 2016 servers where we have som problems to install cumulative updates, have tried both with January and February (not tried with March and cannot do it until the update has been tested in test enviornment)

The installation goes fine, the machine reboots and then it takes about 1 1/2 hour and then the machine reboots, working on updates and logs in - but update has not been installed.

DISM scanhealth or analyzescomponentstore etc  and SFC scannow etc reports no errors

Resetting WU components - no change

WSUS install and manual install same error

 

Any ideas ?
