virtual server- windows server 2016- freezes

hello, 

we have virtual server - windows server 2016 which we connect by RDP for 10 users. 

ai cheched on task manager , CPU and RAM are ok, they dont reach for high performance. internet connection is ok 70MB, freezing happens even when i conncet from a place with higher internet speed. 

i spoke with the company providing us that virtual server, they say they dont see something unusual with my system. 

i am keeping windows up to date, even tried to check if all the drivers are upto date( they are) .

can anyone suggest what else i can try ?
