DNS Issue - nslookup resolve to random localhost ip

atlinemy , if you still have some issue, you should try to clean the dns server. On your DNS server you should try clearing the cache DNS and scavenging data but carefull you don't need the old IP adress.

my forwarder using dns.google
it looks like not forward to forwarder. but if i change dns server to 8.8.8.8 on nslookup it was get actual genuine IP.
i was delete the cache DNS using ipconfig /flushdns

Most of the time we use 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 as forwarder and we don't use the FQDN.
