Cannot Pause Cluster Node using WAC Error: Failed to pause some of the nodes remoteexception

I cannot Pause Cluster Node using WAC error: 'Failed to pause some of the nodes remote exception'

When I use the command 'Suspend-ClusterNode -Drain' it error:

I can put node to maintenance by using' Suspend-ClusterNode -Drain -ForceDrain'

But 

When I verify the storage subsystem using 'Get-StorageSubSystem' it displays the Storage SubSystem in an 'Unhealthy' state:

Please advise, How should I correct the state of the storage subsystem otherwise it will lead to a lot of questions that the storage not being stable, etc., and pause the nodes using WAC?
