Hi I am upgrading my windows server 2012 Standart R2 to Windows server 2016 Standart, My server host has a 56 GB free space which is enough base on upgrade recommendation. when i start the upgrade it will sucess to install the patches but after a reboot this error "0x8007025D - 0x2000C" "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation" and it will revert back to windows server 2012 standart R2.
