Unable to turn Core Isolation On

I was checking my securities and core isolation are off for some reasons. As far as I remember when I first bought this laptop the Core Isolation can be enabled and turned off.

What's even worse is that the app's not showing any drivers that're preventing it to turn on.

This is currently (normal) - on many computers, but your computer is protected and monitored.

Don't waste time changing it.
