Good afternoon,
First of all, thank you in advance for your dedication to solve our problems.
Having said that, I will describe my problem. A week ago, I tried to encrypt an external hard drive with 500GB (which contains family photos that I don't have copies of), and when it was at 4%, it stopped and locked up the computer. When I restarted, it asked for the password, and upon entering it, it said that it had been unlocked successfully, but when I tried to access the disk, it locked up and didn't let me access it.
From the command prompt, it gave me this information:
C:\Windows\System32>manage-bde -status

I tried to repair it from the command prompt with repair-bde, but it gave me an error.

Can you help me repair the hard drive and not lose the information?
Thank you.
