Microsoft Defender Incorrectly Showing My Site As Unsafe/Phishing

This has been going on for months and we submitted 3 tickets to get this unsafe warning removed. We have a valid SSL, a WAF, and have had our site scanned using VirusTotal, which is owned by Google and everything is coming back green/clean.

Lastly, chrome, firefoz and opera all work fine without warnings.

This is a bit annoying even though like, nobody uses Edge. It's still quite silly that this "unsafe" warning is showing up.
