M Defender is blocking an old file from Web Cam Trust called "14382-03_02.exe"

hi,

how could i install this file 14382-03_02.exe to start using my web cam in w10? 

 

i get a message saying that this application has been blocked to protect me.

 

i am running the pc as the administrator.

    i have checked the validity of the file and the certificate was expired in 2010. is there anyway to install this file?

      Open the 'Settings' app and search Windows Security. Go through the 'Virus & Protection' and 'Protection History.' See you possible options.
