LDAPS authentication failed!

Hello,

We are trying to configure LDAPS for VPN users, Active Directory infrastructure is as below.

Primary Site: 2 Domain Controllers.

DR Site: Read-Only Domain Controller

LDAPS works fine, when users trying to login using RODC as LDAPS server, but when they try to login using the other 2 DC the connection failed and they receive the error below:

Error value: 000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C09091F, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v2580
