I cannot access Bit-locker Drive
Hello
When i used Windows 8.1 i am starting using Bitlocer service one of my drive.
but last week i upgrade with windows 10. then i went to try disable bitlocker service and when its 83% done suddenly my computer shut down :(
Now, its not show bitlocker icon and i didn't access my drive.
what can i do now? anybody can give me solution this issue?
NB: i have passowrd and recovery key

If your PC was part of domain, then you may ask your administrator to check whether they have backup of your key in Active Directory.
