Preferably - go to your computer manufacturer's technical support - they are the most appropriate to fix this problem.

I dont know why it is acting up. I just went to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Defender Firewall -> Customize Settings. And there i can see that Windows Defender Firewall is enabled on both private- and public network setting

Enable, only on the public network - firewall
- To be more specific it says "Not connected" on the private netowrks and "Connected" on Guest or public networks. But when i go into the menu "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off" the "Turn on Windows Defender Firewall" box is checked on both
You found an error - the setting should be either private or public -> it should not be at the same time 🙂
