Windows 10/11 - Shared mode vs. Accounts

Hello there

Can someone explain the technical difference between:

- Shared device mode (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/shared-devices-concepts)

- Multiuser setting (Accounts - Family & Other users)

For my scenario I need to configure devices for shared use. The devices won't be managed with Intune.

The users will have a M365 account. What do you recommend?
