Inplace upgrade path

Would upgrading from Win10 1507 to 1703 be approximately 30-90 mins as well? Is that upgrade path supported or would the system need to be upgraded to 1607 first?

    yes you can in-place upgrade directly from 1507 to 1703, the upgrade time is approximately the same

    Yes, the length of time is consistent regardless of what release you are starting from. Yes, you can upgrade directly to Windows 10 1703. (Note that Windows 10 1507 is no longer being serviced as it is past its end of servicing date.)
