Windows11 File Explorer Customization?

I relied on customizable shortcuts (Alt+keys) in Windows 10 File Explorer. Is this feature available in Windows 11?

    Windows 11 has introduced many UI and functionality changes, but it does not include the built-in ability to create or customize Alt+shortcuts directly in File Explorer. Instead, users can utilize other methods like keyboard shortcuts for specific actions (e.g., Ctrl+C for copy, Ctrl+V for paste) or create custom shortcuts using third-party software or desktop shortcuts with assigned hotkeys.
