Windows Security app doesn't respond

Question

I'm on windows 11 and there are some "recommended actions" for Windows Security. Left or Right-clicking the icon doesn't do anything. Selecting the app through the menu opens a window for windows security, displays the blue shield and nothing else. I've tried the Command prompt scannow method, I've tried the powershell fix in admin mode, not of it works.

Has anyone run into this issue before, are there any known fixes?

A1-A1&nbsp;&nbsp;I am experiencing the same issue and went through all the steps listed in those guides and nothing has worked. I am still unable to open windows defender
