Windows Insider update not working due to Voicemeeter driver

I was installing the Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.1843 (ge_release_svc_betaflt_upr) when an error popped up.

    Use the built-in Windows Repair tool to fix any underlying issues that might be causing problems with the update process.

    If the update installs successfully, you can reinstall Voicemeeter afterward. Just download the latest version from the official Voicemeeter website. This ensures you have the most compatible version with your Windows build.

    If uninstalling isn't an option or you want to keep it installed, check if there's a new version of the Voicemeeter driver available. Visit the official Voicemeeter website and download the latest version of the software and drivers. Install the latest version and reboot your system, then attempt the update again.

    Yes, Win11 24h2 has actually revealed a possible bug in Voicemeeeter VAIO management. This should have been notified during the testing phase... but Microsoft did it after the release...  

     

    So, Voicemeeter will be ready for Win11 24H2 with the new coming version...
