Did that multiple times but nothing's changed, I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now.

I have a question if your default browser is EDGE?- But Update is working fine you have the latest version of the Dev channel, and Beta.
It looks like syncing notifications to your account has a bug, but I think it's really nothing serious
