Windows Insider about moving

Question

I'm in Windows Insider program for Windows 11 no complaints but it told I'm in Dev and probably should move to Beta but on Windows Insider page it doesn't show the programs to switch.

KapilAryaI have Power shell and not Command Prompt I'm all confusion but tried the instructions first was fine it was second part that didn't work.
