Windows Defender Malfunctioning.

After an update to the system (windows 11 home insider preview Single Language Evaluation copy. Build 23555.ni_prerelease.230923-1633) A number of problems began to face. The Defender dictated some Malware but not able to resolve it. It shows your IT Administrator has limited access to some areas of the app. And it suggests me to contact the IT helpdesk for more information.

Try Using Malwarebytes Free and see if it finds anything it can fix. Go here.
Now the next thing you need to do is determine if the malware was removed or should you do a clean install if it can't be removed. After ridding it of Malware (No doing a Clean Install) Update to the latest Windows Version 23560. You can also do an online Virus/Malware Scan here.
