Windows Defender issue on Windows 11

It won't let me modify my settings regarding windows defender antivirus, when i try to open it tells me that IT administrator has managed this characteristics

Do you have any other Anti-Malware software installed?
Since when this problem started?

Firstly, back your registry , have a look at:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-back-up-and-restore-the-registry-in-windows-855140a...
Then open start and search for regedit and open it.
Navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
Then go to "System" and look for "EnableLUA" and set value to 0.
Then restart your PC and see if that solved the problem?
