Windows 11build is causing a delay or pause on my computer

Since build 22593 was installed on my computer, it has acquired a pause or a lag when I do anything on my computer.   For instance, when typing such right now, I type then I have a delay of about a second  before my characters catch up.    I previously had a similar problem with my graphics card.  I solved this by rolling back tothe previous version.   Is it possible to uninstall build 22593 and revert back to my original version.  I am quite frustrated with this problem.  It is happening with every program that I have used on this computer.  When using Zoom, the video feed is lagging by 1 to 2 seconds.    Hopefully someone can help me.

Try downgrading back to earlier build when this issue was not present:
